IMPERIAL COUNTY — Mary Esquer has taken the helm of Imperial County Behavioral Health Services' Adult and Older Adult Services as its Deputy Director, alongside Victoria Mansfield as the new Deputy Director for the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Division, according Esquer, 51, was appointed to her new position in January and says she is up for the challenges the new role brings.
