Forever 21 said it plans to open 14 new locations across the United States as shoppers return to brick-and-mortar stores. The Los Angeles-based retailer it opened a new location at the Gran Plaza Outlets in Calexico, California, in August as the first in a series of new store openings scheduled through June 2023. 'We're seeing even more consumers returning to the in-store shopping experience,' Forever 21 CEO Winnie Park said in a statement. 'While our online business remains strong and a key component of our growth strategy, we love interacting with our consumers in-store.
