EL CENTRO Public invited to 8th Annual IV Pride The Imperial Valley LGBT Resource Center will hold their 8th Annual Imperial Valley Pride at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, Otober 14, at Bucklin Park. The event will feature food vendors, children's play area, beer garden, live entertainment and raffles. Some of the featured guests will be Sambrosas-an all female Latin orchestra, Los Flores del Valle Ballet Folklorico, Te Here Polynesian Dance and more. Attendance is a free. CALEXICO Fire Prevention presentation at the library A Fire Prevention presentation will be held at Camarena Memorial Library for National Fire Prevention Week.
